News and Notes:

 

- Bags aplenty! Don has found a new bag-maker and presented Bill, Mort, Russell, and Seth with tile bags commemorating their 500-pt. games

- We welcome Gale to our club, a promising new player!

- June saw the return of several players from hiatuses of varying lengths: Christina, Carmel and Roz. Don’t stay away so long!

- Millburn Scrabblers far afield! Glenn recently placed 5^th out of 30 players in Division 3 in Stamford, CT June 15-17^th, and Seth placed 1^st out of 12 players in Division 3 in Philadelphia, May 26-28^th!

- What’s up with Marie? Last week she played a game against herself, which she won (and lost) 517-345! This matter is under investigation by our club statistician.
